WHEN IT IS RAINING! Long ago, the Dhaka Metropolitan Police banned pillion riding on the motorcycle, but it is a common scenario in the city roads where three to four persons or a full family often travel boarding a single motorbike even without wearing any helmet taking risk of fatal accident. The above photo taken from Shahbagh area on Wednesday shows that a mother is holding her baby and umbrella both in one hand while the father is driving the bike defying rain placing his minor daughter on the oil tank.
