Sylhet take 98-run lead against Khulna

Sylhet Division took 98-run lead against Khulna Division on the second day of the three-day-match of Young Tigers U-18 National Cricket Competition at Sheikh Jamal Stadium in Faridpur on Monday.
In the day's match, Khulna Division resumed the first innings with overnight 128 for 6 and piled up 213 runs for all in 74.4 overs.
Night watch batsman Mehedi Hasan (62) of made an unbeaten century scoring 112 runs off 199 balls that featured 17 fours and a six while another night watch batsman Amin Khan(17) scored 21 runs.
Kamrul Islam took one wicket in the day's match (4/69in the first innings) while Kamil Ahmed captured three wickets for 51 runs.
In reply, Sylhet Division (145 runs in the first innings) opened the 2nd innings and scored 166 for 8 in 69 overs at the end of the day.
Opener Asadullah Al- Galib made 75 runs while number two batsman Sakib Al Sani added 33 runs.
Mehedi Hasan claimed five wickets for 39 runs and Alif Akhter took two conceding 42 runs.
Khulna Division vs Sylhet Division:

Khulna Division first innings: 213 for all in 74.4 overs (overnight 128 for 6 in 48 overs); Mehedi Hasan not out 112, Amin Khan 21, Kamrul Islam 4/69, Kamil Ahmed 3/51.
In the day's another matches, Dhaka Division North took 34 runs lead against Barisal Division at Dinajpur Stadium; Rangpur Division trailed by 119 runs against Chittagong Division at Barisal Divisional Stadium while the second day match at Rangpur Cricket Garden between Rajshahi Division and BKSP was called off due to outfield by overnight rain.
Dhaka Division North vs Barisal Division:
In the day's match, Barisal Division resumed the first innings with overnight 66 for 2 and scored 261 runs for 7 in 90 overs.
In reply, Dhaka Division North opened the 2nd innings and scored 92 for 4 in 33 overs at the end of the day.

Chittagong Division vs Rangpur Division:
In the days match, Chiottagon Division opened (134 runs in the first innings) the 2nd innings and dismissed for 152 runs in 59.5 overs.
In reply, Rangpur Division opened the 2nd innings (86 runs in the first innings) and scored 81 for 3 in 37 overs at the end of the day.
Shamsuzzaman Swpan and Sanjib Saha were at stumps making 12 and 0 runs respectively.
