Rash decision, often a bad decision

Md. Abu Abdullah :
The implication of the quotation is very comprehensive. This is not only an advice but also a warning for all for taking any rash decision and action. There are some people who are very impulsive by nature. They are accustomed to do any work on the spur of the moment without any consideration what may happen next. This is highly improper and results in failure and sufferings in life. The fruit of haste is accident, crudity, incomplete, fall of quality, loss and disaster.
The importance of steadiness and carefulness is very imperative in every sphere of life.  " slow and steady wins the race." That is why, an action progressing in slow space is sure to end in success. It may take somewhat longer time but success will be surer. A slow but steady man always keeps his brain calm and cool.
This kind of brain never fails. On the other hand, hasty action is like taking a leap in the dark that generally defeats our desire. It  jumbles up the work and makes everything messy. Success is rare in this case. We are in the habit of believing that ' quick' means clever and 'slow' stands for stupid. But it is absolutely a wrong conception. It is acknowledged that ' haste makes waste'. Being in a hurry can cause all sorts of mistakes. Haste is a mania that is a dangerous source of stupidity.
It is true that a bright person can understand before others catch up. But this is not the product of hasty thinking. It is the result of listening, attention, devotion and more effective focus on a subject or a situation.
A hasty decision can be a right decision only by chance but it is rare. Any decision made in haste in a mental state of confusion and doubt may be wrong. Howard Newton said "people forget how fast you did a job - but they remember how well you did it."
Human nature relies on being impatient and hasty to fulfill a person's need. Quick and irrational decisions create an ample amount of problems that lead to disaster.
A hasty man is an angry man and an angry man is a hungry man.
Lust, anger, greed, infatuation, vanity and envy, the six enemies of man lie in a hasty mind. As his nature is fidgety, he can not  complete any work successfully. Success is a far cry for him.
Our brains make more mistakes when we act quickly.  We should always follow Ben Franklin's famous dictum, " take time for all things : great haste makes great waste." So, we should resist our hasty habit. We should always bear in mind that steadiness is the harbinger of success.
On the contrary, haste is the harbinger of destruction. It brings only disorder, tension, anxiety and mental discomfort nothing else. Man's real dignity or valuation depends on steadiness not in hastiness.
