Sheikh Arif Bulbon :
To perform in role of madam in Airtel’s new TV commercial, promising model and actress Affri Selina has come into limelight in the small screen. Directed by Shakib Fahad, her presence was appreciated by the viewers on the screen. This TVC is being aired in different satellite channels every day.
There is a scope for Affri Selina to get appreciation from the viewers again in Eid-ul-Fitr. She acted in Eid special drama titled Padmaboti directed by Evan Monwar. Selina acted in the role of Padmaboti.
While talking about acting in the drama Affri Selina told this correspondent, “The role of Padmaboti was very much challenging role for me. Padmaboti is a simple wife who passes happy life with her husband. A wicked man starts to disturb her in front of house. Story of the play continues. In fact, this role can create an opening for me in the long run for my career. I hope viewers will enjoy the drama in Eid.”
Under Russell Shikder’s direction Affri Selina performed as a model in a TVC of a hair colour recently. On BTV in Eid, Selina-starred drama Swapno will be aired.
Affri Selina also performed as a model of fashion house, Jyoti. Selina’s other play titled Chirkut will also be aired on Nagorik TV in Eid, she also said.
