Abdul Alim :
Dengue has spread to 64 districts with a record more than 1,477 patients having been diagnosed with the viral disease 'dengue' in the last 24 hours alone.
This year, from January 1 till the date, 17,183 dengue patients were admitted to hospitals and 12,266 of them released after treatment.
Of those, 14 patients died during the period as per the official count although the unofficial death toll is much higher than the real.
