We quote some lines of the rhymes of Rabbani Choudhury, which will reflect his thought and also give the readers an idea about his aesthetic presentation of rhymes :
1. "La ilaha dawat diye/ke dekhalen poth?/ Shei je amar Mohanabi/ Pranpriyo Hazrat." (Amar Nabi (sm), Page 410.). 2. "Manush Manush bibhajone jarai dilo dak/Tader jonyo ghrina amar ajke joma thak." (Bhag hobe na, P. 463). 3. "Mo okkhore mayer nam/Mo-ye Mujibor, Mo-ye holo mukti moder/Sholo December." (Mo-ye Mujibor,  p.111). 4. "Rabon naki sobai hon jarai jan Lanka/Shushashon na duhshashon lagchhe mone shonka." (Chora No. 14 P.231) 5. "Boi Melate boi kini/Matribhashay roi wrini/ .......Gyaner nei onto/gyanei sadhu-sonto." (Boiye gyan. P.784) 5. "Swodesh amar swodesh tomar/ swodesh sobar shirshe/Swodesh rokkhay jibon je dey/Jatir mohan bir shey." (Swodesh, P.822)
Rabbani Choudhury's rhymes focus on our history, culture, tradition, moral values and contemporary life. His rhymes deserve appreciation for excellent presentation. He raises his voice against injustice, corruption and exploitation, speaks on behalf of toiling mass and glorious heritage of this peace loving nation.
The book has been dedicated to author's father Abdul Mannan Chowdhury and mother Fariza Chowdhury.
We expect wide circulation of the book.
