Shihan Dewan
One of the most awaited movies of this Eid-ul-Fitr is Shikari.
This is the 1st movie of Shakib Khan for Jaaz Multimedia production. This movie is India-Bangladesh joint venture where Jaaz Multimedia is a Bangladeshi production house, while SK Movies is an Indian production house.
In this movie, Shakib Khan acted in the lead role and actress Srabanti Chatterjee is Shakib’s co-actress. Most of the part of this film was shooted in Kolkata and London.
Joydeep Mukherjee and Jakir Hossain Simanto both directed the movie.
Shikari is a romantic action movie. Though there is a rumour that Shikari is a copy of a Tamil film but still the promo seems very promising.
The most important fact is Shakib Khan has already impressed the viewers by his new look in the movie. The first song of the movie Harabo Tokey create the new record of the highest Youtube viewers in a very short time in Bangla movie song history.
So this is clear that Shikari is going to be a blast for the box office in Eid.
Badshah is another Indo-Bangla production of this eid where the Tollygunge superstar Jeet and Bangladeshi actress Nusrat Faria Mazhar playing the lead roles.
The movie is directed by Baba Yadab. First time ever viewers of Bangladesh can see Jeet in the cinema halls and he has  a huge fans followings in this county and with that inclement of Bangladeshi actress Nusrat Faria has make it more interesting. This is why this movie seems promising for the box office too.
This film generally based on comedy action where Jeet is a fan of Bangladeshi superstar late Manna.
Now the most important thing to see is, how do they does good business against Shakib Khan’s Shikari .
 Rana Pagla (The Mental)
Another movie of this Eid is Rana Pagla (The Mental).  Last two years the movie was promoted by the name of Mental. But recently The Censor Board said that there must be a Bangla name so the name has been changed. This movie is directed by Shamim Ahmed Roni. This is his 1st film of his direction. Leading part of this film is Dhallywood king Shakib Khan. Nusrat Imrose Tisha, Anchol Akhi and singer Porshi will be seen in the movie too. It’s generally an action based movie. n
