Former Attorney General (AG) K.S. Nabi died on Sunday at the age of 79.
He breathed his last at his Dhanmondi residence in the morning.     
He was survived by his wife, two sons, one daughter and a host of well-wishers to mourn his death.
On Monday noon, the body of K. S Nabi will be taken to the Supreme Court premises where his namaz-e-janaza will be held after Zuhor prayers.
His second namaz-e-janaza will be held at the Dhanmondi Eidgah after Asr prayers. Then his body will be taken to Banani graveyard for burial.
K.S. Nabi served as the 9th Attorney General of Bangladesh from 1996-1998.
Nabi was called to the bar at Lincoln's Inn, London in 1961.He served as a faculty member of Central Law College in Dhaka. He was enrolled to Bangladesh Supreme Court in 1986.
He had also a political carrier as he joined in Bangladesh Awami League before Independence of Bangladesh. He served as Law Affair's Secretary of the party in 1992.
  In the Seventh National Parliamentary Elections in 1996, Nabi was a candidate of Bangladesh Awami League from the Munshiganj-1 constituency and lost to A. Q. M. Badruddoza Chowdhury. He served as the chairmen of the Bangladesh Bar Council during 1996-1998.
Nabi was the only son of late Dr Kazi Wahidun Nabi.
