Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat returned home on Saturday after his 6-day official visit to China.
During visit, the BAF Chief made a call on General Wei Fenghe, State Councilor and Minister of National Defence, China and General Ding Laihang, Commander of PLA Air Force and exchanged views on bilateral issues of mutual interest, said an ISPR press release.
Besides, BAF Chief visited different Military and Civil institutions including Aviation Institute of PLAAF Research Academy, China Astronaut Research and Training Center, AVIC Guizhou Aircraft Company Limited, Regiment 1 of Flight Test and Training Base (J-10) and Brigade 4 of Shijiazhuang Flying College (J-7).
The press also added that this visit will help Bangladesh to modernize BAF by accelerating the process of induction to modern technology.
