Fortune Barishal will face Comilla Victorians in a crucial match of Ispahani Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Cricket today, while Khulna Tigers will meet Sylhet Striker in a do-or-die match of BPL Cricket today.
The two matches will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the capital’s Mirpur. The day’s first match will begin at 2:00pm, while the day’s second match will start at 7:00pm.
Private satellite channel GTV, private satellite sports channel T Sports will telecast the matches live from the country’s prime cricket venue.
Rangpur Riders have confirmed the play-off stage gaining 18 points from 12 matches, while Comilla Victorians have reached the play-off phase bagging 16 points from 11 matches.
Chattogram Challengers have attained the play-off stage collecting 14 points from 12 outings.
Fortune Barishal have taken the fourth position grabbing 12 points from 11 matches. If Barishal win today’s match Barishal will confirm their play-off stage.
On the other hand, if Barishal lose and Klulna Tigers lose, Barishal will take place in the play-off phase.
If Barishal lose and Khulna win the match, the fate of the play-off phase between the two teams will be decided by virtue of net run rate.
Sylhet Strikers are out of the title race with eight points from 11 matches. Durdanto Dhaka are out of the title race as they finished their BPL campaign with only two points from 12 outings.
