Comilla University (CoU) Medical Centre has been provided medical assistance worth 25 thousand and 337 taka by a private medicine manufacturing company named Opsonin Pharma Ltd.
The university Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr. Mahmudul Hasan confirmed this on Thursday (28 December). It is known that CoU’s Medical Center received a total of 12 types of medical assistance from Opsonin. The market price of which is around 25 thousand 337 taka.
Dr. Mahmudul Hasan said, ‘This help is possible because of the Vice-Chancellor. The company assured us that they will provide this assistance in every three months. Because of this help, we are hopeful that we will be able to provide better services to all the stakeholders of CoU.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr. AFM Abdul Moyeen said, ‘This initiative has been taken considering the students of the university. We will do more work to improve our medical center.
