Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi on Wednesday said the Government has been taking all kinds of preparations to control the market by maintaining supply of daily necessities including ‘dates’ for the upcoming month of Ramadan.
“All kinds of measures are being taken by the government so that the people can easily buy dates and other daily necessities during the holy month of Ramadan,” he said, reports BSS.
He said this after inaugurating the family smart card distribution and affordable product sale program organised by Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) at TCB Bhaban here, said a press release. In response to a question, the commerce minister said that TCB card holders will definitely get the product once every month.
