‘Nasib’ Sylhet committee okayed

Sylhet Bureau :

The new committee of 17 members of Sylhet district branch of ‘National Small and Cottage Industries Association Bangladesh’ (NASIB) has been approved.

Recently, the central president of the National Small and Small Industries Association of Bangladesh (NASIB) Mirza Nurul Gani Sobhan approved the bi-annual committee for the end of 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Alimul Ehshan Chowdhury, managing director of Alim Industries Ltd, Sylhet was nominated as the president and Zubair Rakib Chowdhury, managing director of Bashundhara Motors, Sylhet, and Gazi Zeenat Afza of Afza Sweet and Dessert were nominated as vice presidents of the approved committee.

Besides, Suntech Energy’s AKM Nurul Haque, Saad & Co.’s Md. Nurul Alam, Sylhet Printing & Packaging’s Md. Golam Kibria, RM Industries’ Nurul Islam Sumon, Phulkali Food Products Limited’s Md. Jasim Uddin Khandkar, Shafi Ahmad Chowdhury (Sumon) of Nadira Trade International, Md Imran Hossain of Wester Poultry and Fisheries Ltd., Md Shah Alam of Alam Traders, Kazi Zainul Haque of Rupali Aluminium, Kamrul Hamid of Madhuful Food Products, Md Shifa Mushroom & Agro. Golam Kibria, Kamran Ahmed Talukdar of Agro Farm and Md Arifur Rahman of Tanim Poultry & Agro.

Mirza Nurul Gani Sobhan, Central President of National Small and Medium Industries Association of Bangladesh (NASIB) has sent the copy of the approved committee to all the concerned departments calling on all the concerned authorities to provide support in all the activities undertaken by the said committee for the development and development of micro, small and medium cottage industries.
