Awami League (AL) Joint General Secretary AFM Bahauddin Nasim on Tuesday sought vote for ‘boat’ to reelect the party in the national polls for the sake of continuation of the country’s development.
“BNP can’t halt upcoming general election by resorting to violence and he hoped that the upcoming general election will be held a free, fair neutral and competitive,” he told journalists during his election campaign in Segun Bagicha area in Dhaka-8 constituency, reports BSS.
The countrymen have united against BNP under the leadership of AL president and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, he added.
Nasim also said the people will resist BNP’s any kind of conspiracy centering election.
