Kamal Ahmed receives ‘Rajshahi Betar Shilpi Sangstha Sommanona’

Noted Tagore artiste, reputed media personality and Director of External Service, Bangladesh Betar Kamal Ahmed received ‘Rajshahi Betar Shilpi Sangstha Sommanona.’ He received the honour on Baishakh 25 on the occasion of Tagore’s birth anniversary at Nanking Darbar Hall in Rajshahi. Pro-Vice Chancellor of Rajshahi University Prof Ananda Kumar Saha handed over the honour certificate to Kamal Ahmed as the chief guest. However, President to the association, Prof Ruhul Amin Pramanik and Ekushey Award winner Amaresh Ray Chowdhury gave him the award.
After receiving the honour, Kamal Ahmed performed solo musical programme, ‘Ami chanchal hey ami sudurer  piyashi.’ He presented 12 songs.
However, Director of External Service of Bangladesh Betar Kamal Ahmed has enriched his musical career through devotion and hard work in the arena.
Tagore song has become a regular part of his daily life and he is proceeding forward with the theme of Tagore songs.
