SUST Teachers’ Assoc election March 15

Shahjalal University of Science and Technology Teachers' Association 'Shahjalal University Teachers Association Election-2021' will be held on March 15 (Monday). Wednesday (March 10) chief election commissioner Prof. Dr. Zayeda Sharmin confirmed the information.
Dr. Zayeda Sharmin said voting will be held at the university's central auditorium on Monday from 9am to 3pm. A total of 33 candidates will contest for 11 posts in three panels from among the university teachers. The total number of voters this year is about 500.
Professor of physics Dr. Abdul Hannan, Prof. of mathematics Dr. Md. Mahbubur Rashid, Prof. of IPE Dr. MD. Muhshin Aziz Khan and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Sayem, Prof. of statistics Dr. Luthful Alahi Kawsar and Associate Prof. of english Dr. Muhammad Shafiqul Islam will act as presiding officer in this election.
