Bangabandhu Bangladesh Games Judo inaugurated

Bangabandhu 9th Bangladesh Games Judo event began on Wednesday at the Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium in the city.
National Sports Council (NSC) Secretary Masud Karim formally inaugurated the meet as the chief guest while, NSC Director Sheikh Hamim Hasan was present as the special guest.
Bangladesh Judo Federation President Foyzur Rahman and General Secretary Shah Alom Sordar were also present in the inauguration ceremony.
After inaugurating the competition, NSC Secretary Masud Karim said: "Bangabandhu 9th Bangladesh Games are now in the final stage. The Games have noticed that the Games have been organized very beautifully and spontaneously across the country."
He said after the end of the Games, they will be able to start the ongoing talent hunt programme again and will be able to recruit emerging and promising players from the grassroots level.
