Two foreign ships detained at Ctg Port

Chattogram Bureau :

Two foreign ships coming to Chittagong port with imported consignments have been detained following the   monetary suits   by   two   Bangladeshi companies.
Hundreds of businessmen have suffered in the midst of business complexities between the two organizations. And the loss is thousands of crores of rupees. It is learned that logistics company BS Cargo's business transaction with Razzak Jute Industries Limited, an organization of Tropical Sharmi Center in Uttara Model Town of the capital, was complicated.
For this reason, a case was filed on behalf of Razzak Jute for legal assistance. In that case, the Admiralty Court ordered the seizure of two other foreign ships involving BS Cargo. Due to that instruction, two ships could not leave Chittagong port.
The two ships are the Liberian flagship San Alfonso and the Marshall Islands flagship Celsius Nelson.
Razzak Jute, a jute exporter, has demanded a debt of Tk 15 crore. The San Alfonso, meanwhile, had already been loaded with 1,040 TEU containers for export, and due to lawsuits, the ship has been lagging behind for three days.
Now, as long as the ship is not getting rid of the complexity of the case, the ship will have to pay at least 15 thousand dollars daily as compensation.
