Despite many achievements of Bangladesh in the field of education, there are still challenges in the field of teachers’ training, said Deputy Minister of Education Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury Nawfel. He was speaking as the chief guest at the 5th founding anniversary of Frobel Academy, an English medium educational institution, and the inauguration of the school’s campus in Ananya residential area. The event was held at the campus of Ananya  yesterday afternoon. City Mayor Rezaul Karim Chowdhury was the special guest on the occasion, Indian Assistant High Commissioner to Chittagong Dr Rajiv Ranjan, Chittagong University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Shirin Akhtar and CDA Chairman M Zahirul Alam Dobhas were present.
Welcoming remarks were made by  Zohair, Director of BSRM and Principal, Frobel Academy. Chairman of BSRM Ali Hussain Akbar Ali spoke. Besides PHP Chairman Sufi Mizanur Rahman, BSRM Managing Director Amir Ali Hossain, Directors Zohair Taher Ali and Sabin Amir, acting Chairman of Chittagong Board of Education Prof Abdul Alim, among others were also present.
