Md Minhazul Abedin Asif made his debut for Dhanmondi Cricket Academy on 27 December 2021 against Sheikh Russell Krira Chakra. Then he played various national and international matches.
A few days ago, Tonger Md Minhazul Abedin Asif achieved outstanding achievements in the three-day international T20 cricket tournament 'Khelo Bangladesh vs Khelo India' in Delhi, India. Moscow Shakib Cricket Academy opener Md Minhazul Abedin Asif won the Man of the Match and Game Changer medals in the match held at the Rotak Haryana Stadium in Delhi on June 5-7.
After returning home, Md Minhazul Abedin Asif said that in the first match of the game, Bangladesh scored 249 runs after losing 4 wickets and India scored 225 runs after losing 10 wickets. Bangladesh won by 24 runs. In this match Md Minhazul Abedin Asif scored 129 runs off 60 balls with 12 sixes and 8 fours with great batting. Bangladesh team lost the second match but Bangladesh won by 2 runs in the third match. In this Bangladesh team got the glory of winning the series.
The Khelo Bangladesh team is managed by Khelo Bangladesh General Secretary Shishir Sikder, Parth Kibria, Mukti Khan and Captain Parvez Hasan. Sabbir Ahmed and Mahabubul Alam got the best fielding award of the match.
In this regard, young cricketer Md Minhazul Abedin Asif said, we are very happy with our team to play well in T20 matches on foreign soil. We want to bring honor to the country by playing cricket.
