Online gambling must be uprooted!
Inadequacy of specific laws, absence of proper supervision and regulations for an online lottery ticket or scratch card buying-selling, sports-based gambling, rampant presence of gambling aggregators, affiliate sites, app-based virtual casinos, etc. have been in dire flourishment in our country. The host of the gambling cycle is active in casinos using virtual currency as well as liquid currency and millions of money are being looted from the country. With the patronage of the international gambling circle, the master agents are using 'PBU' to run gambling in Bangladesh successfully in secret.
Specific, coordinated, stringent, and speedy legal action is needed to eradicate this gambling scam spread on virtual platforms. First of all online gambling sites should be shut down permanently by BTRC immediately. There is no alternative to ensure strong control of local gambling agents, which have developed under the umbrella of international gambling circles-through strict surveillance of gamblers, intelligence units, and active law enforcement. Also, it is essential to build family awareness and social campaigns to combat the harmful presence of online gambling.

The country must be saved from conflicts
December 16, 1971, the Victory Day, peoples eyes sparkled with joy, their hearts were filled with happiness, dreaming about a future which will bring prosperity and peace
after fifty years all those emotions have been replaced by fear, anxiety and uncertainty.
We are so unfortunate that we have to brace for difficult days ahead. An election acceptable to all can bring stability to the country; we hope politicians will consider it to save the country from falling apart.
