Global warming
Through the auspices of Readers' Voice, I would like to draw the attention of the people regarding global warming and its impact. Unfortunately, Bangladesh is one of the highly vulnerable countries in the world due to the global warming. As we can see, the recent floods devastated huge parts of our country, especially in Haor areas and left it in crisis during this difficult time.
One of the major reasons behind the flood and river erosion is the deforestation which directly affects the weather, making it warmer and also results in hot weather. Our responsibility as a citizen is to get awareness about such issues and plant more and more trees to keep nature alive as it was before. Otherwise, if we keep fighting with the nature, it surely hits back.

Powerful youth asset
We as a nation are undoubtedly suffering socio-economic, political and ever-rising threats of violence and terrorism. But time needs to pinpoint the upcoming challenges which sound to be ever harmful to the coming generations.
The most important component to be deemed is to adequately prepare our youth for the fight of the future and secure them from the presently vulnerable lights of the country. Our youth are our most powerful asset to take charge of Bangladesh in future.
