Each district needs at least two breeders
Bangladesh poultry sub-sector has established its necessity profoundly. The total population in the country used to consume poultry products like egg and broiler chicken. Nowadays these products are a regular source of protein to the country men. It is estimated that about 80 thousand small chicken farms are producing eggs and broiler chicken throughout the country year long. It is estimated that 7 million people are beneficiaries of the sub-sector for their earnings. The sub-sector felicitated mention-able employment to unemployed youth in rural Bangladesh.
The significant problem the sub-sector has been confronting is manipulated one. Steady supply of day one chicken at a reasonable price is the challenge. Less than a dozen breeders are suppliers of day one chicken broiler and layer. This is not the first time the price of one day chicken skyrocketed from Tk20 to Tk40 per piece. If anyone reviews the phenomenon it would be observed that the breeders made syndication informally with them and reduced supply for a few days. Later they increased the price every week and collected huge money from the chicken farmers. Suddenly the farmers could not stop their business. They reduce rearing chicken in fear of huge loss as when their production cost increases they lose the market. The consumer had to reduce consumption as most of them have limited income to spend.
The problem can be addressed if the government comes forward to provide support administrative and financial to develop at least two interested farms as breeders in each district to produce one day chicken and supply to farmers at competitive price.

Female education
A woman who has educated cannot be exploited as easily, as she knows and is aware of her individually and rights. She will not be easily suppressed. Education of women can also help in eradicating many social evils such as dowry problems that plague all others.
The importance of women's education can help the nation for the termination of poverty from the country and other crimes toward women. If a person is educated enough, he or she may follow their goals and apply for a decent education and a healthy lifestyle.
