Tahmina Othoi’s new movie to release in 2023

Tahmina Othoi started her acting career through noted drama director and
filmmaker late Saidul Anam Tutul’s
movie 'Kalbela.' After releasing the movie,
Othoi got huge appreciation from the viewers for her acting in the film. According to Tahmina Othoi, it was a great luck for her to get the scope to work in her debut movie under the direction of such
a noted director Saidul Anam Tutul. Basically Othi did those things during shooting what the late director Tutul
wanted to give direction in the movie.
For this reason, Othoi’s acting received appreciation from the audience.
Meanwhile, Tahmina Othoi informed that her acted second movie titled 'Ajob Chhele,' directed by Manik Manobik, has already got clearance certificate from the Bangladesh Censor Board after getting praises by the Board’s members. Othoi played the role of Moli in the movie.
In the 1 hour and 45 minutes government granted movie, Othoi got Tauquir Ahmed, Saju Khadem, Ridwan, who played the title role in the movie 'Ajob Chhele,' as her co-actors. Basically story of the movie is based on Muhammad Jafar Iqbal written story 'Ajob Chhele,' which script was written by director Manik Manobik himself. While talking about acting in the movie, actress Tahmina Othoi told this correspondent, “At first, I remember the name of late director Saidul Anam Tutul Sir with due respect. He gave me the opportunity to act in my debut movie. I am trying to step forward following his path. I am also trying to learn acting. I remember him always not only during working. I got huge appreciation to act in his directed movie 'Kalbela.' If Sir would alive today, he will surely feel happy.”
“Ajob Chhele' is basically a children story based movie. Earlier, title of the movie was 'Adbhoot Chheleti.' Later, its title was changed into 'Ajob Chhele.' I played role of Moli in the movie. The character Moli is a discreet and intelligent girl. I got Tauquir Ahmed Bhai as my co-actor in this movie. I have also learned many things about acting from him. I have cordial gratefulness to director of this movie. I hope after releasing this movie, we will get positive response from the audience,” Tahmina Othoi also said.
It is mentioned that Tahmina Othoi was the champion of ‘World Miss University Bangladesh 2017.’ She was hailed from Jafrabad in Chandina, Cumilla. She first acted in a drama titled 'Golapjan Chhatri Nibash.'
