Rajib, Nishita in two songs of Mother Language Day

Two popular singers of present time, Rajib and Nishita Barua
will perform as ‘filler song’ on Bangladesh Television (BTV)
for the International Mother Language Day on February 21. Both Rajib and Nishita have
rendered two different singles
to promote the month of language. In the meantime, after
the recording of the songs, the work of the music video of the songs has been completed at
the Central Shaheed Minar,
confirmed by Rajib and Nishita.
Rajib has rendered the song titled 'Aamar Bhashar Lal Nil Dwipgulo.' Hirendranath Mridha wrote lyrics of the song, while Sumon Reza Khan has composed its music.
On the other hand, Nishita Barua has rendered the song titled 'Prithibi Dekhechhe Nirbak Hoye.' Legendary lyricist Mohammad Rafiq Uz Zaman wrote lyrics of this song while Sumon Reza Khan also composed music of the song.
Basically Rajib is very excited to sing such a song that in the month of language. While sharing his feelings in this regard, Rajib told this correspondent, “I always like to sing song about the country. And I am lucky to be able to sing a song with such beautiful lyrics and heart-felt tunes in the month of language, paying tribute to language martyrs. The lyrics of the song are very emotional, the tune too. I tried to sing the song with a lot of emotion and tenderness. I hope the audience will like the song. And thanks to them who finalised me to sing this song.”
Nishita Barua told this correspondent, “I am very fortunate to sing a patriotic song written by respected Mohammad Rafiz Uz Zaman Sir. There is a wonderful harmony between the composer’s melody and the lyrics of the song. That’s why the song has become a very likeable song. I have rendered a patriotic song during the month of language; this is also a bit more enjoyable for me.”
Meanwhile, Nishita informed that in the next few days, she will perform in stage shows in Dhaka, Gazipur and Kushtia.
'Tumi Dakle Na' was Nishita rendered her last released original song. Dewan Naser Raza wrote lyrics of the song and Alok Bappa composed its music. One of her most popular original songs titled 'Hiya' has already enjoyed two crore viewers. Jahangir Rana composed lyrics and tunes of this song.
Meanwhile, Rajib is busy with stage shows now. In the meantime, he has impressed the audience singing songs in several places in Dhaka and stage shows in Madaripur.
For Dipjol, Rajib has rendered a song titled 'Mubarak Eid Mubarak' with lyrics written by Polli Malek and music composed by Amit Chatterjee for the upcoming Eid. Shoron is his co-singer in the song, said Rajib.
