Liza releases song in tribute to Bangabandhu

Popular singer of present generation Sania Sultana Liza has released a new song on
her YouTube channel paying tribute to the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on his birthday. Title of the song is 'Tumi Je Aamar Swadhinata.' Nurul Islam Manik wrote lyrics of the song while mentor of Liza, Anwar Hossain Anu has
composed its music. Sumon Kalyan has arranged music of the song. Raj Biswas Shankar has made music video of the song, which has already released on YouTube.
While talking about releasing her new song on the birthday of Bangabandhu, singer Liza told this correspondent, “Earlier the song titled 'Bangla Bhasha' written by Nurul Islam Manik and composed by my Ustadji Anwar Hossain Anu Sir was released. During my matured
age, among the patriotic songs, I have
rendered this song most of the time on TV channels and stage shows all over the place. During childhood, among patriotic songs,
I used to sing respected Runa Laila Madam’s song titled 'Aamar Mon Pakhita Jaire Ure'
most of the time. The song 'Tumi Je Aamar Swadhinata' is basically written about the Father of our Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and rendered the song
paying tribute to him. An attempt has been made to show utmost respect and love for the song. Songs about Bangabandhu, patriotic and other songs those will be released are all done by my own initiative. The songs are released on my YouTube channel and will continue to be released in the future. Only the talk of the audience, keeping in mind, I am releasing these original songs on my own initiative.
If I get their love, if I get a response from them, my pain will be worthwhile.”
Meanwhile, Liza performed music at a stage show in Dhamrai yesterday. Tomorrow she will perform music at the capital’s Uttara
area and on March 20, she will also perform in another stage show at Chattogram
Police Line, said the singer.
