Madaripur road crash: Probe body identifies 3 reasons

The probe body formed to investigate over Madaripur bus crash, which claimed the lives of 19 people, has identified three causes of the accident. The probe body has also placed 14 recommendations to reduce road accidents.
On Wednesday morning, the investigation committee submitted a report to Madaripur Deputy Commissioner. Chief of the committee Pallab Kumar Hazra confirmed the matter to the media.
Earlier, a four-member committee was formed to probe into Madaripur's Kutubpur bus accident that left 19 people dead and 24 injured. Madaripur district administration formed the committee led by an additional magistrate. The committee was asked to submit the report within three working days.
