Russia must be targeted for ending Syrian refugee crisis

The ceasefire in Syria enforced on Friday last has brought the rare opportunity to end the 5-year long civil war and make peace to resettle the people to start rebuilding their life from the ruins of the devastation ending the biggest refugee problem of our time.
Syrian war has already opened new flanks across the Mediterranean where more than a million refugees are overcrowding European nations and the stream of refugees sees no end in their borders.
Heavy bombs and cannons are not only devastating Syria, European Union (EU) is also facing the split from the side affects of the war. Most socio-political forces in Europe are not ready to shelter so many displaced people with huge risks to their economy and social peace.
We believe that the ceasefire has come at the right time not only to save the Syrians in their own country but also to end the stream of refugees to Europe; that the continent has never seen after the Second World War.
So we believe that all parties to the war must do everything now to give peace a chance over the forces of evil killing hundreds of thousands people and destroying their homes and old civilization.
Over 2.5 lakhs Syrian have so far lost their lives and several millions are living in tents in neighbouring countries. Several lakhs children are also risking lives without enough food and medication.
The Syrian refugee crisis in Europe can be ended by ending the war in Syria.
The truce brokered by USA and Russia is largely holding despite allegations from the moderate rebel camps that the forces of President Bashar al-Assad and the Russians who are protecting the Assad regime, are targeting them violating the ground rules of the truce.
In war and hostilities, belligerent forces take such opportunity in initial stage of the ceasefire and particularly when the truce in Syria has left the ISIS and the al-Queda affiliate al-Nusra out of the truce, such attacks are also permissible.
President Assad of Syria is nobody without the help from Russia. So peace in Syria to end the flow of Syrian refugees in Europe cannot be achieved without dealing with Russia's direct participation in the war in Syria. The indecisiveness of the Western powers lies at root of miseries of Syrian people.
President Assad has no strength to stay in power as killer without the military support of Russia. Condemning and punishing the Syrian refugees is most unkind and unreasonable, because of the failure of the West to stop Russia from creating the biggest crisis of humanity in the region.
