Premier Cement approved 10pc Cash Dividend

Premier Cement Mills PLC has approved 10 percent Cash Dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2023. The 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held virtually on Thursday took the decision. Fakhrul Islam, Independent Director of the company, presides over the meeting. Managing Director Mohammed Amirul Haque gave a summary of the directors' report and replied to various queries of shareholders. Md Jahangir Alam, Md.
