Hedayetullah, Director Syed Nasim Manzur, Independent Director Dr. ATM Shamsul Huda, Chief Financial Officer Sajeeb Saha ACA, Company Secretary Sushanta Kumar Paul FCS and Head of Internal Audit and Compliance Md. Golam Mostafa Bhuiya were present. The Meeting approved 5% cash dividend.
