Training and Communication Wing of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) arranged training on National Purification Strategy at the BARI Seminar Room on Thursday. Among 40 BARI’s Scientist-Officers participated in this workshop.
BARI Director General Dr. Debasish Sarker inaugurated the training as chief guest. Director (Training and communication) Dr. Md. Tariqul Islam presided over the function. The training was conducted by Principal Scientific Officer (Training and Communication) Dr. Md. Abdur Razzaque.
Note that, this program was initiated to enhance the quality and accountability of the officer/employees of the Republic in their respective fields which is ongoing.

2 children drowned in Gafargaon

Gafargaon (Mymensingh) Correspondent : Two children named Umar (3) and Mosa Sinha (2) died after drowning in the pond of Gafargaon upazila of Mymensingh.
