Usha Krira Chakra (KC) defeated Bangladesh Police Sporting Club by two goals to nil in their last match of the Green Delta Insurance Premier Division Hockey League held at Maulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Thursday.
In the day’s match Mohammad Arshad Hossain and Indian recruit Mohammad Sarik scored one goal each for the winning side.
After the barren first quarter, Arshad gave Usha a deserving lead through a field goal in the 27th minute while Sarik doubled the lead converting a penalty corner in the 38th minute of the match.
The day’s win saw, Usha finished fourth position in the league with 31 points from 15 matches.
