Awami League Joint General Secretary AFM Bahauddin Nasim, MP, on Thursday said BNP-Jamaat is a curse for the nation as they (BNP-Jamaat) always think about their own interests.
“Even after 53 years of independence, the BNP-Jamaat is hindering the country’s path of development and progress,” he said, reports BSS.
Nasim made the comments at a food item distribution programme on Motijheel Janata Bank Bhavan premises this afternoon.
Janata Bank Independence Officers Parishad organized the food distribution programme on the occasion of the Independence and National day.
“They (BNP-Jamaat) are not patriotic. They do not believe in great liberation war and its spirits,” Nasim said.
