Chittagong Stock Exchange and LankaBangla Securities Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreement to introduce Virtual Trading Simulator first time in the country, said a press release.
The simulator will provide real time trading experience virtually in Chittagong Stock Exchange. It will contribute to the ongoing effort of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission to promote financial literacy program and digital goal of the country. The simulator is expected to educate new investors prior to investments in the stock market and help to enhance market participation.
Dr. AK. Abdul Momen, Chairman, M Shafiur Rahman Mazudar, Managing Director, Md Ghulam Faruque, DGM and head of Dhaka office, Hasnain Bari, DGM and Head of IT services were present on behalf of Chittagong Stock exchange. On the other hand Md Nasir Uddin Chowdhury, Managing Director, Khandoker Saffat Reza, CEO and Md Muinul Islam, CTO of LankaBangla Securities Limited and other high officials from both the organizations were also present in this signing ceremony.
