JAMALPUR: Vote officials and polling agents idle away their time in gossiping in the Upazila elections going on apparently in a peaceful manner in Jamalpur Sadar Upazila on Wednesday as the turnout is far below the expectations. EVMs are being used again in casting votes in this first phase of 6th Upazila Parishad Elections held in 139 upazilas across the country.
