A middle aged man named Altaf Mal (48), an easy-bike driver by profession hailed from Morshed Road of Mongla port town under Mongla Upazila in Bagerhat district met his tragic end when he was trying to repair an electricity switch board in his own residence on Thursday (May-02) morning, according to a report received here.
Dr. Mohammad Shahin, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer of Mongla disclosed, the ill-fated easy bike driver was the son of one Akbor Mal of the locality was trying to repair the switch board of the water supply motor in the morning and, somehow, he was electrocuted.
Dr. Mohammad Shahin with the reference of the deceased’s family-members added, late easy-bike driver left behind wife, 2 sons and one daughter to mourn his death.
