Businessman stabbed to death in Bhairab

Staff Reporter, Kishoreganj :
A 30-year old businessman was stabbed to death by miscreants at Syed Nazrul Islam Bridge in Bhairab town of Kishoreganj on Wednesday morning.
The victim was identified as Dipu Miah (30) son of Rangu Miah at Dariakan village in Bajitpur upazila.
On information, Police rescued him and took him to Bhairab Government Hospital where the on-duty doctor declared him dead.
Dipu Miah was a fish trader, supply wholesale fish in Ashuganj and Bhairab. Bhairab Model Police Station Officer-in-charge (OC, Investigation) Md. Tariqul said that Tk. 52000 and a smart mobile set were found in his pockets.
The body was sent to morgue for autopsy. Police are Investigation in the matter,OC added.
