Oindrila is the favourite face of TV drama. In addition to acting, she is also excellent in presentation.
However, for the past several years, she has been working as Partnership Alliance Manager in a private company.
Because of that she can’t act regularly even if she wants to.
Several years ago, when Oindrila did not join the service, she acted in a series of good story based dramas.
But after joining the job, finding time is a little difficult for her.
But she is doing the presentation regularly. Last Eid Oindrila presented various programmes on Maasranga TV and SA TV.
A few years ago, she also presented the Mother’s Day’s programme.
Just as Oindrila has won the hearts of the audience in acting, she has also been soaked in the love of the audience in the presentation.
Presently her presentation is only on Banglavision in the production of Subrata Dey’s cooking related show, ‘Amader Rannaghor’. She has been presenting this programme for the past three years.
Oindrila regularly receives acting offers.
Regarding acting and presentation, she told this correspondent, “OTT platforms, TV dramas or short films are offered to me to act regularly. When I want the script, they send the script.
But it’s not working because I don’t like it. It is also true that I don’t feel bad after leaving those works.
The offer to work in advertising also came to me. I will work in advertising only if the ball matches.”
“To be honest, I have been working in a private company for the past few years.
There are also rules to follow. By maintaining the office but I have to find time to work in acting or presentation or advertisement.
But no matter what you do, you have to like yourself. I will think about the audience later.
You can do that if you like.
Not if you don’t like it,” she added. Oindrila acted opposite Shajal in the last drama titled ‘Pradip’.
Six years ago, she returned to acting after a break in the drama ‘Beloved’ opposite Apurba directed by Rubel Hasan.
She acted in several dramas at that time. Of which dramas ‘Fake Love’, ‘Sangsarik Bhalobasa’, ‘Oporadhi’, and ‘Atonko’ are particularly notable.
As a child, Oindrila first presented the children’s programme titled ‘Hasi Khushi’ on Bangladesh Television.
Since then she has presented various special programmes.
