Police Community Bank to give cash dividend

The 51st meeting of the Board of Directors of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC was held at the police headquarters on Tuesday.

The bank’s financial statements for the year 2023 were approved in the meeting. At the same time, it has been recommended to pay a 10.40 percent cash dividend to the shareholders of the bank.

Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun, inspector general of police and chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting, where the bank’s audited financial statements were approved for 2023 along with the investment proposals and different agendas of the bank.

Additional IG director of the bank Kamrul Ahsan, Director General of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) M Khurshid Hossain, Head of Anti-Terrorism Unit SM Ruhul Amin, Additional IG Md. Mazharul Islam, Md. Atiqul Islam, Abu Hasan Muhammad Tarik, Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner Habibur Rahman, DIG (Administration) Md. Aminul Islam, DIG (HRM) Kazi Zia Uddin, Additional DIG Dr. Shoeb Reaz Alam, Muntasirul Islam, Sufian Ahmed, Independent Director of the Bank Masood Khan, Kazi Moshiur Rahman, and Managing Director Masihul Haque Chowdhury were also present at the meeting.
