Seminar on ‘Dak Jeevan Bima ‘ held in Sylhet

Regional Manager’s Office Dak Jeevan Bima Chittagong 4000 under the management and Assistant General Manager (Field) Dak Jeevan Bima Sylhet 3100 organized “Dak Jeevan Bima Business Development, Problems and Prospects Training and Seminar”.
Kazi Mamunur Rashid, regional manager of Dak Jeevan Bima Chittagong 4000, spoke as the chief guest at the training and seminar organized in the seminar room of Sylhet main post office on Wednesday (8 May) afternoon.
Dak Jeevan Bima Sylhet-3100 Assistant General Manager (Field) Pankaj Kanti Chakraborty presided over the event and the special guest spoke at the event was Sylhet Division Deputy Postmaster General Mohammad Wahid Uz-Zaman, APMG cum Postmaster of Sylhet Main Post Office, Md. Russell.
Dak Jeevan Bima Moulvibazar District Inspector Shah Md. Amir Hossain’s presentation and welcome speech initiated the ceremony at the beginning of the Holy Quran recited from Pakistan. Hi Abdul. Jhulan Rani Das recited the Holy Gita.

In the seminar, the chief guest of the program Kazi Mamunur Rashid handed over a check of 1 lakh rupees to his wife Lucky Rani Debnath for the death claim of Apu Debnath, an ED employee of Jaintapur Union.
Addressing the chief guest, Kazi Mamunur Rashid said, Dak Jeevan Bima is a unique initiative of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh run by the Department of Posts to encourage future financial security and small savings. He appealed to all concerned to encourage common people to get postal life insurance.
