Chattogram Bureau :
A comprehensive training program for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, organized by the Hajj Jatri Kayllan Parishad, will take place at the Parjatan Hotel Shaikat’s Hall room in the port city of Chattogram. The daylong event is scheduled to commence on Saturday.
Mr. Md. Tanvir Hossain, hailing from Dhaka, will lead the training session using multimedia projectors to provide essential guidance to the pilgrims. Additionally, directives regarding the performance of Hajj will be delivered by the Managing Director of Bangladesh Biman, representing the national airline carrier.
The Divisional Director of the Islamic Foundation in Chattogram will also impart crucial directives on behalf of the Religious Ministry, ensuring that pilgrims are equipped with the necessary knowledge and understanding for their sacred journey.
Furthermore, booklets related to Hajj and Umrah, along with prayers, religious chants, and memoirs from the seminar, will be distributed among the aspiring pilgrims free of charge.
It’s important to note that the Hajj Jatri Kayllan Parishad operates as a voluntary organization dedicated to the welfare of Hajj pilgrims, distinct from Kafela agencies. Mr. Ahmadul Islam Chowdhury, President of HJKP, and Dr. Abdul Karim, Secretary General, have urged all aspirant Hajj and Umrah pilgrims to attend the training session punctually, ensuring they are well-prepared for their sacred journey.
