Earlier, the release of the movie ‘Kajol Rekha’, starring Mondera Chakroborty, was announced
several times, but it was repeatedly postponed at the last minute. However, Mondera Chakroborty, the heroine who played the title role in the movie, has given 100 per cent assurance that it will be released in upcoming Eid.
Mondera appealed to the audience and said, “This time there is no possibility of delaying the release date of the movie. The movie ‘Kajol Rekha’ will be released this Eid. So be ready to watch the movie from now with family members and friends and go to hall to hall because more movies will be released on Eid. ‘Kajol Rekha’ should be first on the watch list. So, I request this in advance to the audience. This movie is based on a 400-year old story and the director of the movie has made the movie with great care. Songs of the movie have already been liked by the audience. I hope they will like the more unreleased songs when the movie is released.”
“And I believe that people who have acted in the movie other than me will like their performances very much. I have played the title role in the movie ‘Kajol Rekha’. I have suffered the most in my life for acting in the movie. Gias Uddin Selim Bhai told me to do the work, when he told me to suffer, I did it. I don’t know how much I have been able to portray my character, but I believe this movie will keep me alive among the audience. So when the movie is released, I request everyone to go to theatres and watch the movie,” Mondera also said.
Besides Mondera Chakroborty, Sariful Razz, Mithila, Sadia Ayman, among others, also acted in this movie.
Meanwhile, a few days ago Mondera started working on another movie. Although she could not work in any new movie for ‘Kajol Rekha’. But finally she started working in the movie ‘Neel Chokro’ directed by Mithu Khan. Arefin Shuvoo is acting opposite Mondera in this movie. The story of the movie is wonderful, said Mondera Chakroborty.
