Sheikh Arif Bulbon :
Moushumi Akhter Salma, the ‘Close up 1’ famed popular singer of this generation, has already arrived in London with her husband and child. But before going, Salma has given voice to
a song titled ‘Kala Pakhi’, she said.

The song is penned by Ashik Bondhu and music was composed by Suman Kalyan.

Salma herself said that the recording work of the song has been completed at Suman Kalyan’s own studio located in Moghbazar of the capital.

As the song goes, “Sada Mukh Kala Koira Bondhu Dekhai Gossa, Ami Naki Kala Pakhi Bondhu Hoilo Forsha.”

For example, Salma is very excited by singing different types of lyrical songs like this.

While talking in this regard, Salma told this correspondent, “Before this I have sung in the lyrics of Ashik Bondhu Bhai. However, the lyrics of this song are a little different than the songs he wrote in the past. That’s why this song has become one of my favorite songs after singing this song.

I don’t know why it seems that this song will take place in the hearts of the audience after its release. In the coming days, the audience will ask me for this song in the stage shows.

To tell the truth, when a good song is made by combining the lyrics and melody, the artiste himself/herself can feel what the future of the song is.

Before going to London, Salma has performed in stage shows in several places including Kushtia, Patuakhali and Haluaghat in Mymensingh.

In the meantime, Salma has also lent her voice for a playback song in a new movie of Rakibul Alam Rakib.
